Nolan bros exhibition: What did you see?--Prestige(頂尖對決)

Robert Angier(Hugh Jackman) and Alfred Borden(Christian Bale) were best friend and a great potential magician. After watching a show by a chinese magician, little different creep out from both of them.

Then, an accident broke them up.

They started to fulfill what they believed about magic and real life.
Borden was praised as " the most genius magician". However, Robert win a great commercial success than Borden. This make Borden upset. Finally, Borden played a amazed magic that let Robert,who were always thought Borden was better,crazy to brake it.

Borden even pay great price to that magic. He always tried to fix them.

No matter how hard they try, they always stumble on the barrier set by each other.

At last, they push each other to an boiling point.

About the movie itself

This movie was produced after Batman Begin . This time, Nolan "really" be a digital magician. He really express the definition of "Great magic" in his mind. The whole movie is a performance of magic. I'm pretty suggest all of you to watch this movie for at least two times.

Maybe you have ever seen Now You See Me(出神入化). I recommend those who want to fascinate your eyes to see this film.

However, if you want a more mental impact or great echo in your life. Choose Prestige

It just like the choose between one-night-stand and marriage.

So does both magician in Prestige
Every part of the movie was an echo to another part of it. When you review this movie, you will shock by Nolan's Cinematography and story plan.

What do you think about "genius" ?
In this film, we can see two typical "genius" in our real world. They do have something in common- talented skill, try pretty hard on what they want to do.

However, they do have different between Robert and Borden.

Robert had "luck" to be well-known and made a lot of fortune.
Borden had "sacrifice" to pursue the ultimate goal on magic.

Nevertheless, we could only know Robert and mark him as "genius" in the real world.
